Before hearing about this, I sent the Miami Dolphins a clear message via their team web site, telling them that if the ownership, management, and coaches are unable to maintain proper team discipline, by PREVENTING any selfish and disrespectful protests from players before tomorrow's game against the Seahawks, that they can expect a BOYCOTT to ensue.
They have now been warned, and this lifelong Dolphins and NFL fan will be turning off the game and boycotting all NFL sponsors if any member of the team tries such a stunt.
Let the NFL feel the fans' sentiments exactly where it counts: in their wallets.
The NFL is going to awaken a sleeping giant if they don't get control of this silliness right away.
