A new survey suggests that Swedish attitudes to asylum seekers have changed, with fewer willing to help by donating money and clothes compared to 2015, and three out of five Swedes now saying fewer asylum seekers should be allowed into the country.

This isn’t some token amount of refugees that people band together to help.
There are millions of them being brought in and destroying the host country.
Who wouldn’t want to invite people in to live off the taxpayers while getting drunk and molesting your daughters, sisters, and wives?
Especially the "consequences" part. I've worked around liberals all of my life. They are good at envisioning and dreaming up unrealistic ideas / expectations but horrible at at actualizing and bringing to fruition any of them usually expecting others to do itor them. Just as equally bad, unable to foresee the downside of anything and the uintended consequences. Let them dream with a paintbrush or pen but keep them away from government and politics because they really suck at it.
We will know the Swedes are serious when they call for deportations.
Depends if it is rape or rape-rape.

These governments have been leaning on the all too politically correct, gullible, and/or complicit U.N. committees that pick who is going to be shipped to the West.
I have a colleague in the company to whom I am a contractor who is a (nominal) Christian from Lebanon, and he is dismayed to see this kind of thing in Europe and the USA. I don’t know how to bring it up to him, that it is a problem where people have gotten burned on Islam and as a result those people are getting shy about what shipped it to them. Folks like him will see the backlash to that even though they never deserved it.
In all seriousness, about 15 years ago, I remember Radio Sweden on shortwave, airing a report about a growing number of the hoi polloi wanting to pull the welcoming mat for African immigrants.
The rapes will continue until morale improves.
It depends on the people.
Some groups make better sheep than others. The Swedes are not Hungarians or Poles. Too bad for them.
But Swedes seem to wake up sooner than Americans do. Most of them have been in a (9/11 induced) coma.
