The agency said it would need until the end of September to review the emails and redact potentially classified information before they are released.

Potentially? It's either classified or it isn't. The excuse-making for not showing the the most incriminating emails has already started.

Also, don't be surprised to see "the end of Sept" be extended to ...after the election.

Bingo. Oldest trick in the book!

If there's evidence of crimes or other corruption contained in those emails, such info. will be 'CLASSIFIED' and then redacted so we are unable to see it.

Congress should DEMAND that ALL redactions that are CLASSIFIED require VERIFICATION from Inspector General's office or other originating agency.

The REDACTION TRICK is literally being used to COVER-UP Hillary's treasonous crimes.

Actually, the issue isn’t primarily whether the emails are classified or not (though it should be) the issue is whether she destroyed government documents or records intentionally (she clearly DID) because that action is addressed in the federal statutes with prosecution and jail time

“The agency said it would need until the end of September to review the emails and redact potentially classified information before they are released.”

The judge should tell the State Department to assign 3 lawyers to read the emails. Thirty emails can be read in less than 4 hours so give them the rest of the week to process those Benghazi emails. Next week the judge should tell them to release the emails or give him to review those in the 30 the department considers too sensitive to release. The judge can then pass judgment as to whether or not they should be released. There is no reason this review can’t be expedited and accomplished in a few days.

Should she try that, she is just begging for the empty chair treatment.
