The average IQ in the Congo is 78. On the Stanford-Binet IQ testing scale (Stanford–Binet Fifth Edition, SB5, classification), an IQ of between 70 and 79 is officially classed as “Borderline impaired or delayed.”

Importing this foreign culture is like importing the asian carp or the zebra mussel into north america.

The "International Rescue Committee" is a part of the so-called "refugee industry", which profits from importing these future rapists, robbers, murderers, and welfare parasites.

They won't stay long in Montana.

They will have a hard time with the winter...and some will be dumb enough to freeze to death.

Through ‘66 and 7
They fought the Congo War
With their fingers on their triggers
Knee-deep in gore
The days and nights they battled
The Bantu to their Knees
They killed to earn their living
And to help out the Congolese

From another reference:

In 2012, the US Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) announced a new initiative to resettle approximately 50,000 Congolese refugees in the United States over the next 5 years (2013–2018).

That is the problem, turning the refugees into a commodity. If Trump is elected, he needs to figure how how to shut that down for the sake of our country.

One of the marauding militias down there is composed of Moslem jihadists killing Christians and pagans and getting retribution visited upon Moslem villages. I wonder if these refugees are Moslem. Being ROPers appears to be a requirement for refugee status in the ME and Somalia.

Don’t paint with too broad a brush. We have a Congolese immigrant attending our church. He is an electrical engineer. So much for the demeaning IQ generalizations. He is a Christian. He set up a Christian FM radio station in the Congo before he left. He wants to return in a few years and set up a Christian Biblical institute. He is attempting to enlist our help.

They are not “refugees.” Refugees stay somewhere close to their home, somewhere safe, and then return home when possible. These people are immigrants. They are coming here, and they have no plans to return.

Why are we going out of our way to spend so much time and money bringing people to the US from the other side of the planet, when we could spend that money to help improve their lives back in their homelands instead?

I think it’s ironic, and borderline sadistic, to dump these people in a place like Montana; where they’ll freeze their bippies off for many months per year. Wouldn’t they be relatively more at home in a place something like Death Valley?

Why aren’t the Montana Senators and House representatives questioning this and pushing back? Does anyone EVER ask the American citizens if they are okay with this?

... just beginning to figure out how to use household appliances like their stove

There was a time not long ago when the nation only allowed immigrants in who could contribute to the US, who had skills and education, good health, and wanted to become Americans. Not a day goes by without a story like this that makes me shake my head in disbelief. These people are having trouble figuring out household appliances! How does that strengthen our nation? Oh yeah..."diversity is our strength."
