Doubt it. Socmany companies are doing it to save taxes. It is legal. I see no problem with it and the law allows them to structure this way. It is a patriotic duty to pay only what you absolutely must, and no more. If you can use the law to help you have not broken the law.

Yup. One reason for Brexit was that the United Kingdom got screwed over by the rest of the Euro Union. For example, their docks were decimated because the Euros gave traditionally British fishing areas to other Euro nations, and wouldn't allow Brits to fish in their areas. And so on. Like liberals everywhere, they stole from the United Kingdom and gave to the other Euro nations. That is exactly what is going on here, they're going after the Irish gold.
