Media Bias II: Hillary’s Health

A CNN political commentator recently said it’s sexist  to raise questions about Hillary Clinton’s health.

Apparently, issues like health, age, gender, religion, and race are off limits unless those in the mainstream media are discussing their political opponents. This bias should come as no surprise, given an Indiana University’s School of Journalism report found  Democrat journalists outnumber Republicans 4 to 1. Who knew?

We don’t need Indiana University’s report to know left-leaning newsroom bias is everywhere. All one needs to do is watch television or read the newspaper. In 2008, liberal media pundits didn’t say it was sexist to attack Sarah Palin. And it’s not racist when men like Ben Carson or Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas are disparaged. A column at Firebrandleft.com, “Is Ben Carson Really an ‘Uncle Tom’” calls Carson a “dimwit,” a “f-king nincompoop,” and an “Uncle Tom.” Firebrandleft’s website says it was founded “by a group of journalists…and other writers.”

Liberal media pundits believe that health and age is a matter of no practical value when it comes to Hillary, but made it an issue open for debate with John McCain.

A 2008 NBC News headline, “1 in 4 Chance McCain may not survive 2^nd term,” warned readers: “America could see its first woman president, Sarah Palin” – if the GOP presidential candidate,  John McCain,  died in office. “It’s actuarial math,” the article stated.

It’s not sexist to question if a person is well enough to be president. It’s patriotic.  Ben Carson recently said elderly candidates running for president should disclose their complete medical history, especially their current.

We do know that a letter from Trump’s doctor says he’s never used alcohol or tobacco and is in excellent health. Requiring only a few hours of sleep per night, Trump had the energy to pull away from an already vigorous schedule to help flood victims in Baton Rouge the same weekend Hillary cleared her schedule for a period of rest.

It’s public knowledge that Hillary suffers from hypothyroidism. It’s also known she takes prescription blood thinners to prevent blood clots like the one doctors discovered when she suffered from a concussion after a fainting spell which prevented her from testifying about Benghazi in 2012. Hillary’s husband told a group in Washington it “required six months of very serious work” to recover.

The liberal media are doing their best covering for Clinton rather than reporting facts and allowing voters to decide.  New York Times columnist Farhad Manjoo sent out a tweet asking Google to censor stories and fix search results about Clinton’s health.

The pro-Hillary Washington Post said Hillary’s health record should come as “no surprise for someone who has spent decades in high-stress jobs and turns 69 in October.”

If Hillary’s high-stress jobs left her with fainting spells, hypothyroidism, blood clots, concussions and needing rest periods, it’s not sexist to ask if she’s healthy enough to take on one of the most high-stressed jobs on the planet.

 And as a fellow female, it’s not at all sexist to wonder if Hillary would be better served serving out her remaining years enjoying her grandkids.

Hillary defended her health on Jimmy Kimmel Live show by changing the subject and opening a jar of pickles. A potential president’s health is no laughing matter but with the media clowns on her side, obviously it doesn’t matter.

The news industry has sold out the American people to further their own progressive agenda using fake narratives, censoring real news and telling lies. And it’s neither sexist or racist for conservative columnistslike me to call them out although we’ll certainly have our characters assassinated in the process.  Let the hate emails in my inbox begin…

In all seriousness, I would bet money that she will not survive the election fully intact. By that, I mean she may not die, but she will probably suffer a stroke or other debilitating medical event.

The very fact she has done VERY few public events--in an age when multiple public events per week during Presidential elections are de rigueur--has to bother some people. The cancellation of the Dr. Drew show on the Time Warner owned HLN Network and the dismissal of a Huffington Post writer for daring to ask that question tells me the MSM IS very concerned about Hillary's health but cannot admit to it publicly.

I never heard the term “dry drunk” before George Bush and I have not heard it since. It must be a very rare condition and he is the only one who ever suffered from it. Poor guy.

I'm not surprised they did that because at the time, Reagan was 69 and people on all sides of the political spectrum had expressed serious concerns was Reagan hale enough to be President, even though it was very obvious he was very much so with scenes of him cutting wood with an axe at the Reagan ranch near Santa Barbara, CA.

In sharp contrast, Hillary can barely walk, has difficulty going up and down stairs, can't even stand up for long periods and needs an extra-comfortable chair even sitting down. And then there are the signs of serious neurological issues, given the way she acts and talks in public. No wonder why the MSM is very afraid (though they won't admit it in public!) that she could be incapacitated by a serious neurological illness at any time.

“The news industry” is an improvement over “the MSM” because on a day-to-day basis journalism is the problem - and you cannot seriously challenge who you cannot even name correctly. Furthermore, “media” is a plural noun - and the problem we oppose is not actually plural. Rather, we routinely see “the media” functioning as a cabal, with all chanting the same talking points.

In reality “the news industry” is wire service journalism. Primarily the Associated Press. But even tho the AP has some competition, the real scandal is that the First Amendment is supposed to protect free and independent presses, not a single “associated” press. All wire services homogenize journalism, and empower journalists.

When anyone is empowered, they naturally do exactly what they want to do. Which, in the case of journalists, is to criticize and second-guess. Exactly what socialist politicians do. There is therefore no mystery as to why journalists and “liberal” politicians are so systematically sympatico.

Can anyone help out filling in the tick-tock on the following time line? Where was Huma? Did Huma take medical leave? Is there a flight log as to what kind of aircraft the State Department assigned to her in this time frame? Did the State Department either damage a C-12 Huron or is there one missing from the inventory? Did she start negotiating with Iran on the nuke deal in this time frame? Will Assange have more "personal" emails in the Dec 2012-Feb 2013 time frame which may reveal more?

Regarding the "fall", there are conflicting reports. Some say it "happened at home". Which home? Was there an ambulance call? Some say the fall hapened in her 17th-floor office at the State Department. Was there an ambulance call? So which is it? At one of her homes, or in her office?
