Honduran woman and her child sue Obama administration over 'inhumane' detention

An Honduran woman is suing the Obama administration over alleged mistreatment that she and her child suffered while held in a family detention center in Dilley, Texas.
The woman, Suny Rodriguez Alvarado, filed the lawsuit – on which her then-7-year-old son also is a plaintiff – in federal court in New Jersey. Alvarado, who is 43, was kept in detention for more than four months last year.
The suit is believed to be the first of its kind to seek damages for harm suffered in Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention while seeking refugee status.

Inhumane detention could be cured at the blink of an eye. But their ass on a bus to the border and put them out and say “Good bye, don’t EVER come back - we have bio-printed you completely. You can’t hide who and what you are if you come back.”

Do you see that? Even someone poor and most likely uneducated can see how to manipulate Mr.Obama, and take advantage of all his ‘acts of charity’. I have no sympathy for illegal aliens but it’s not hard to believe that the 0bama administration would single out Hondurans for some payback.
One of 0bama’s and Hillary’s first humiliations was their failed attempt to back the criminal socialist president of Honduras against the lawful constitutionalist government of Honduras.
And deport the shyster who filed the lawsuit for her wearing a sign that reads, “F*ck all you wetbacks.”
She’s been hopping back and forth across the border for 20 something years. She’s a crimillegal. Kick her and her entire family out of the USA.
The Obama administration will fold on the case. He’s realized you don’t need to pass laws ... Just have someone bring suit and settle the case and now you have to abide by the ruling that was mutually agreed upon, for the plaintiff and all who are in a similar situation.
