The FBIs year-long investigation of Hillary Clintons private email server uncovered tens of thousands more documents from her time as secretary of state that were not previously disclosed by her attorneys. The State Department is expected to discuss when and how it will release the emails Monday morning in federal court.
The total confirmed by the Justice Department -- was disclosed by a conservative legal group after the State Department said last week that it would hand over the emails. The number to be released is nearly 50 percent more than the 30,000-plus that Clintons lawyers deemed work-related and returned to the department in December 2014.
Lawyers for the State Department and Judicial Watch, the legal group, said in an Aug. 12 court filing that they intended to negotiate a plan for the release, part of a civil public records lawsuit before U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg of Washington.

Each one of these emails is a violation of the federal records act, secret or not.
Great graphic!
Comy already made sure of that by his preemptive exoneration of Clinton.
It will be most instructive if there are common themes among these “omitted” documents. That would go to intent and be most damning. To paraphrase a famous quote “what was she trying to hide and when did she hide it?”
Comey knows better than most people, what happens to those who have confronted or tried to expose the criminal actions of the Clintons.
Godfather Bill Clinton delivered a warning to Lynch in that plane in the Arizona terminal.
Notice how this works. Over the weekend Colin Powell was talking about his advice to Hillary about emails.
Colon Powell made her do it,remember? And Comey, that worm, told us that she gave the FBI truthful testimony. Wonder how much his testimony cost the Clinton Foundation and Crime Syndicate?
Couldn’t pour piss from a boot with instructions written on the heel.
yea probably fake ones that ex-honerate her.
If a tree falls in the forest and the media doesn’t report it, does it make a sound?
Hillary Clinton tent for rent.
The phrase "death by a thousand cuts" is derived from the idea that a small cut will not kill you, but if you get enough of them you would bleed to death.
The term is derived from an ancient Chinese form of torture in which a person was subject to a number of less devastating wounds over time until the accumulation of damage eventually became fatal.

Does Hillary have copies of emails the FBI recovered..... emails Hillary "said" she deleted? If she does, she is in violation of the Federal Records Act and possibly the Espionage Act. And so is her staff....and anyone at the Clinton Foundation accessing State Dept mail.
Hillary's ignorance of technology has left her swinging in the breeze. Her purported "tech-ignorance" is all an act----another lie she thinks people actually believe.
==============================================
EVEN BEFORE HER INFAMOUS UN PRESSER WHERE THE SMIRKNG HILLARY DENIED EVERYTHING---Fox has Hillary on video wherein Hillary tells an earlier tech conference in California: I have, you know, an iPad, a mini iPad, an iPhone and a Blackberry.
" Where are all those electronics, Hillary"?
Did Hillary delete pertinent e-mails while subject to congressional investigation?
THE NYT REPORTED 3/27/15: Clintons review (and erasing?) of her emails did not occur when she was secretary of state ......or even shortly after she left office.
Last October, nearly two years after she left office, the State Department sent her a letter requesting all government records, like emails, she may have possessed. In response, she provided the State Department in December with about 30,000 printed emails that she said were government records. She has said that an additional 30,000 emails were personal.
It appears Clinton still has copies of the emails she deemed public records. Attached to Mr. Kendalls letter was one sent to him by the State Department this week.
A letter from the under secretary of state for management, Patrick F. Kennedy, said that the department understood that she wanted to keep copies of those documents.
Mr. Kennedy said that the agency had consulted with the National Archives, and that allowing her access to the documents is in the public interest as it will promote informed discussion as she responds to congressional and other inquiries.

no, I think he testified that she did not tell the truth
You may be right — it may take that proverbial thousand cuts to bring down the Clintons. I expect that the real pay-dirt is the goings-on of the Clinton Foundation, to the point that I’m 75% sure there’s actual treason that went/goes on there — though it is highly likely that that very treason is the reason they’re evading justice: I suspect there are a lot of politicians and high-level bureaucrats connected to the Foundation either directly or “one step removed” via Hillary’s tenure as Secretary of State.
They will be heavily redacted and released after the election.
Who investigates John Kerry’s State Department?
Comey is a career bureaucrat. What else do you need to know about him?
That statement by Hillary to the FBI is a lie and she should be referred to the DOJ for prosecution for perjury...
