Why short of impeachment? If Congress impeached 40 or 50 judges and maybe a Justice, they would regain their rightful control of legislating - the message would have been received by the remaining activists.
I’d love for them to be impeached.
I just think it’d be easier to get rid of them in one fell swoop by legislation, by majority vote (after nuking the filibuster).

Apart from Trump there’s nothing on the political radar scope that looks like anything different than politics as usual.
All of the Dems and 95 percent of the Republicans or more are worthless led by the likes of Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell and the list goes on.
Something beyond politics and hopefully non violent will be needed to reverse the nation’s slide into bankruptcy and tyranny.
Perhaps the lawmakers want the judges to do the dirty work for them so they don’t have to take the blame and can ‘pass the buck’ to the judges with blame and verbal attacks at election time.
That’s why the GOP vitrually rubber stamps all the judges nominated by the Democrat POTUS.

Massive, widespread, and unrelenting civil disobedience will also halt the insanity, but that will be a more painful path, as Big Brother lashes out at individual citizens to make examples of them. Still, it would work, if the vast majority of wagon pullers simply unyoked themselves from the harness and refused to feed the beast.

That tree is nearly dead of thirst, and should have been refreshed some time ago. If our people don’t stand up soon, and demand the restoration of our God given liberties, the tree will die for sure.

The prosecutor in the criminal trial ( if there is one)for Sherrif Arpaio will be the Obama-appointed U.S. Attorney for Arizona and the criminal trial court judge is Susan Bolton, a registered Independent who was recommended by Senator John Kyl and nominated by Bill Clinton. Judge Bolton could recuse herself.
She previously issued an injunction that blocked implementation of Arizona’s law authorizing immigration status checks of suspected illegal aliens.
