I must admit, last week I thought Trump was on the ropes.

At the very least, Hillary has let him off of the ropes, with her non-appearances, and bad optics related to Louisiana.

I must admit, last week I thought Trump was on the ropes.

So did I, but now I think Trump is focused on winning the poll on November 8th.

I think his strategy is to peak on that day, and spend the smallest amount of money as possible while doing so.

Trump was never on the ropes. That was just what the media kept screaming.

His speeches this week gave them nothing to complain about so they were silent.

And they have been essentially barred from filming Trump's tour of the devastation in Louisiana.
