I must admit, last week I thought Trump was on the ropes.

So did I, but now I think Trump is focused on winning the poll on November 8th.

I think his strategy is to peak on that day, and spend the smallest amount of money as possible while doing so.

I won’t worry even a little bit for Trump’s campaign until we see what a few weeks of pounding the #### out of Hillary with attack ads plus sustained public criticisms can do. Granted, a lot of us are impatient for that phase of the campaign but there is still ample time and the first “Two Americas” ad this weekend looks like a good launch.

The only thing keeping Shrillary’s prospects alive is the (bizarre) public perception that she has competence and much relevant experience. Once Trump and surrogates really tear that to pieces, and once her frail and feeble mental/physical condition becomes widely recognized, the campaign will look much much better for Trump.
