Doubtful. My youngest daughter used to work at a company on Adeline in Emeryville. Lots of workers walking around to restaurants and delis on the street. Mostly white workers. She lived in the upper hills of Oakland (mainly white), and had to commute through black flatland areas to get to Emeryville on Martin Luther King Blvd nearby. So likely local "immigrants" from nearby Oakland. I was glad when she quit and moved elsewhere. Too much drama on that MLK road.
“had to commute through black flatland areas to get to Emeryville on Martin Luther King Blvd nearby.”
There has to be an app which would sound alert/alarm if you are anywhere close to “Martin Luther King” blvd, ave, st, cir, or rd.
Why doe MLK Blvd invariably run through some of the worst areas of a city?
