I’ve kown many immigrants, legal & illegal. There is zero ideological difference.
About 10% of immigrants are undesireables... murder, rapist, dui driver, welfare parasite. Desireable immigrants are their #1 victim. So they welcome a policy & criteria based o good guys vs bad guys. The wall does not do that. But Trumps recent comment on immigrant terrorists do.
If Trump moved to an immigration policy that emphasized No welfare for immigrants ... and of course no rapists or dui drivers... Trump would immediately jump in support. Emphasis on the wall will does nothing for the undecided.
I disagree as many immigrants these days come here for HAND OUTS. Let Trump do that when he’s in office. He will damn sure do it.
