I think the video clip that was published on a British newspaper website sealed the deal. It exposed the U.S. swimmers' timeline as false, at a bare minimum.

Yesterday I thought the swimmers' tale smelled rotten but didn't want to post my gut opinion on the original thread before more info came out because they are our guys. It smells worse today, but to some people here our athletes can do no wrong and they will not even believe any video posted.
