This is a fabricated "Puff Piece" by the WSJ to take some of the 'sting' and public humiliation off the administration.
This "Puff Piece" negates what one of the exchanged prisoners has already publicly stated.
Who are you going to believe : the administration , or one of the exchanged prisoners.
This administration already has a public record of their reliability and untruthfulness, and outright deceit !
