Guess Clinton figured Trump's idea to change the rules on trading was a good thing and popular with the population. Might as well plagiarize what works.

The politicians’ currency is trading access and favors for cash, inside deals or future promises/payoffs.

While stipulating that some political dealings require a certain amount of privacy, the last things a pol generally wants is a finished product of clearly stated language & terms that is available to and easily understood by all.

So, are you for the TPP?

The pattern here is that anything people here don't understand is something people hate, so that means if you don't know my opinion on the TPP then you probably hate my opinion.  While most people (especially on these threads) take that approach I interested in what you really do think and whether you're following the trend.

What do you mean when you say "TPP".  Do you mean this?

Good grief! That looks like O’care on a global scale.

Loopholes, exceptions, exclusions and “for certain eyes only” private pages, which I am sure this “deal” is full of, require lots of concealment. Hence, we have this huge document of legalese that will surely be judged at the world trade court to favor the globalists at the expense of the American taxpayer.

We need Trump, and quickly.

there's a live one right now that the 6K pages are only 14% of the total

you’re saying there’s really about 40,000 pages

That's what I love about this place.  While pundits only make up stuff in current events, on this forum I can find people to make up what I'm saying.

Free Trade is a Marxist dream.

Did I do the arithmetic wrong?

If 6k is 14% of the total... or 1/7... then the full total would be roughly 40,000.

Yes, I don’t trust Clinton at all.

I have no doubt that a Trump trade/business program, while his admittedly vague outline doesn’t say at this point precisely what he will do, will be far better than what the Democrats and Clinton would do.

They will not only continue but accelerate Obama’s anti-U.S. policies.

I could not agree more.

I would only add that, although I can understand the need to negotiate the agreement in secret in order to have any chance whatsoever of crafting a viable deal, the only reason the deal is held secret after the fact is so that citizens will not know which sector is being screwed and which sector of the economy has been favored by its cronies.

"Free Trade is a Marxist dream."

Not sure if they're Marxists or not. Maybe Stalinists or just black hat plutocrats? Pretty obvious that global dictatorship via the boardroom is the goal, however.
