It is white people's fault because LAPD didn't notice any pattern - drug-using prostitutes getting killed - high risk life-style - angry john or drug dealer or pimp or drunk/high acquaintance - what pattern?
If the victims had been old white ladies in decent neighborhoods the LAPD would notice a pattern right away, because they're racist. Still took them more than thirty years to figure out who did it.
