The whole NYC metro area (including northeast NJ) is swamped; without them there would be ghost towns and vacant school buildings. Unfortunately, they contribute nothing but demand much (all paid for by the remaining taxpayers - causing even more to flee).
Truly a death spiral; young Americans see no future here...
A fair number of New Yorkers fled down here to the South. I guess we know why now.
