I was wrong, twice, about Bill Clinton winning. I was wrong, twice, about Scumbama winning.
Please, please, please, please God let the right man win this time. Look not upon our sins, but on our repentance and our misery.
Amen.

Was Citizen United about campaign finance?
Trump seems to be showing that government control isn’t necessary.

Yes! When you have the right message that appeals to so many people, as Trump does, you can afford to starve the (media) beast.

The difference between a politician and a businessman is the politician is good at spending other people’s money and doesnot care, the businessman is thrifty and cares.

We say all the rest that the media is our enemy. Yet they are the only ones who profit from these media ad buys.

In a sense... wait for it... Donald has out-conservatived the conservatives with that notion.
What God has intended things to be should, er, trump any synthetic meaning imparted to them by men. Even what we call biblical can sometimes be shallow if and when it attempts to live apart from a living walk with a miraculous living God. Ordinary is far too little for God. He demands miracles.

People overstate the value of TV ads with regard to campaigns. Seriously, how many Trump voters are going to swing over to Crooked Hillary based on watching a TV ad? Or vice versa.
Maybe TV ads had more of an impact on campaigns back when there were only three major national networks (ABC/NBC/CBS) and most people were sitting at home watching live TV because there wasn't much else to do.
