OK. A few things on this poll. This was the one that had Trump down less than 3 on Friday. Reuters releases Fridays and Tuesdays with the Ipsos version of this poll coming out on Thursday. Trump lost 4 over the weekend while she gained one, but Trump has leveled out and is back on upswing. This is the result of the Khan Con and the relentless media onslaught. This trend is also borne out by the UPI/CVote numbers today and the USC Dornsife Poll. I'll be checking that for confirmation in the morning. Trump has had a few bad days there but appears to have leveled off and is on the upswing.

There is way too much hand wringing here. Trump is down, I believe that, but we are 3 months out. Trump is like a boxer that just got pummeled for the first 3 rounds of the fight, but he's still standing and has 9 rounds left and a lot of fight left. Hillary should be worried that she can't knock him out and that she is only at 42%. Have faith my friends.

As a trump supporter, he may have done himself in with this 2nd ammendment comment. The media is gonna torch him nonstop for weeks on this one.

All this on the same day Sen Collins comes out and says she can’t support him cause he doesn’t have the tempermant.

I’m all for Trump and going to see him tomorrow. Hope polls are wrong.

But let’s face reality IF only a third of voters are willing to declare for Trump, he has a problem.

And yet, he has overflowing crowds at this 10,000 plus events, and Hillary can’t fill a 1,500 seat venue.

What are you guys smoking?

All this doom and gloom. Good grief!

I’m hearing too much friends wives and girl friends will not vote for Trump. Yes I know it’s outrageous considering Hillary’s history but people are stupid. Women and minorities are naturally offended victims.

The “mushy middle” is mushier than normal.

One terrorist attack will swing things in Trump’s favor.

He needs to spend money on ads. He should be beating her.

So was Carter.

Good grief, buck up folks. (not you)

I’ve never seen folks so afraid of their own shadows.

I call BOGUS poll. Trump is not down.

Every one of these polls is manufactured to make everyone think he's down. Hillary can barely walk and talk sometimes, and they can't get anyone to show up at her rallies. How could she possibly be in the lead? The establishment is petrified that Trump is popular, and they are desperate.

People see a poll and they lose the ability to think rationally. Sheesh.

I see your point.

And in all of the polls over the months, Hillary has trouble getting over the low 40% range.

Hillary has very little upside, because she’s been in national politics for a quarter century, and she’s a known quantity. Everyone has an opinion about her, and those opinions will be hard to change.

We’ll see, but historically, undecideds tend to break for the challenger on election day. There are high numbers of undecideds in polls. Hillary is in effect the incumbent in this election.

While we don’t want to go to cliches and one liners, I am coming to believe that this is the most important election in our lifetimes.

A 3rd term of Obama’s policies, and packing the federal courts, including the Supreme Court, with radical liberal ideologues, will send us down the road to being the United Socialist States of America (USSA), rather than USA.

Remember also, Cankles is blowing money on ads at the rate of a million dollars a DAY. Mr. Trump hasn’t spent anything. He’s saving his pennies until October.

Can there really be 23% undecided or other party voters? I’m not buying this.
