The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 terrorist attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court Monday against Hillary Clinton.
In the suit, Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, the parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, claim that Clinton's use of a private e-mail server contributed to the attacks. They also accuse her of defaming them in public statements.
Smith was an information management officer and Woods was a security officer, both stationed in Benghazi.

Like cops, you cannot directly sue government officials. This will be tossed fast. Can you imagine all the 9/11 families going after Bush and Cheney if this were to be successful?

I just looked them up, his sister is a spokesperson for the family, a Dr. They don’t blame Clinton- said perhaps if more money had been given to budget security, it wouldn’t have happened. Said that it was easy to see the video could be blamed as it came out at same time of attack. Said her brother loved the ME since he was a child, etc. Admired Hillary.
Did wonder about questions unanswered, like why did they attack the compound
