Pat Caddell: Media Protects Clinton with ‘Biggest, Most Secure Bubble I Have Ever Seen’
Breitbart ^ | August 8, 2016 | John Hayward

Posted on 08/08/2016 11:59:08 AM PDT by detective

On Monday’s Breitbart News Daily, political analyst Pat Caddell told SiriusXM host Stephen K. Bannon that he didn’t think Hillary Clinton’s polling lead over Donald Trump was “totally manufactured,” but he did think her media coverage was “highly orchestrated.” “She got a bump out of the convention, just like Trump did. That’s not unusual,” Caddell said. “And then, let’s face it, Donald Trump had a very, very bad week, or ten days. But what we’re watching here are swings that aren’t consistent. All of the tracking polls are much closer, showing less movement — movement, but much less movement — than these one-off polls. Some of them are registered voters, some of them are all people. If it’s in the battlegrounds, well, some of those polls I have questions about.”

You must mean "to attack Trump."

Pat Caddell can’t buy a seat on a CNN or MSNBC panel show anymore..he tells the truth, so he is the enemy.

“The Presidential Candidate in the Plastic Bubble”. Kind of like the 1970s movie “The Boy in the Plastic Bubble”, featuring a pre Saturday Night Fever John Travolta, lol.

“You must mean “to attack Trump.””

Yes.

Thanks for the correction.

Continued from the last thread which was pulled...

We need to buy the Big Media. If Trump weren't running for President, it would be a great thing for him to do.

We should have been pursuing that course of action decades ago. Now we need to use the force arm of the Federal government to seriously F*** them up.

We need to launch investigations of their hiring practices, we need to launch investigations of their contributions to Democrats, both overt and "in kind" (meaning the free advertising and propaganda they have been giving Democrats for years.) and we need to launch criminal investigations for collusion and any other lawbreaking of which we can contemplate.

We need to go beyond scaring the sh*t out of them. We need to put "journalists" in jail. We need to put their leadership in jail. We need to hurt them so bad that they will never again think of attempting to manipulate elections.

We need to put "journalists" in jail. We need to put their leadership in jail.

What crimes have they committed?

Good luck getting a treason conviction:

Article III, Section 3 reads in part:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

THANK YOU for taking time to actually READ the United States Constitution!

“Treason” is a term that is thrown around loosely, but is actually quite difficult to prove. Deliberately made thus by the Founding Fathers.

It’s not illegal to be a biased, unprincipled moron.

The best way to get even with the media is to quit consuming their product and shut off their revenue. Then enjoy the schadenfreude when you go through the drive-thru and a famed ex-journ-O-list asks you “do you want fries with that?”

I agree: They’re lying, deceitful, dishonest anti-American scumbags. Please identify for me the provision of statutory law which they have violated.

What crimes have they committed?

RICO. Failing to disclose and be limited by FEC rules regarding "in kind" contributions to candidates. Collusion with Democrats to manipulate elections. Discrimination in Hiring, and probably violations of a half a dozen other laws that I could figure out how to apply to them.

The point is, we need to be looking at laws that we can apply to the goal of arresting and prosecuting "journalists", their managers, and the owners of these corporations. We need to send a message that tampering with elections and spreading deliberate misinformation and propaganda comes with a price.

I would also like to point out Article I, Section 9 which reads in part:

No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

Even if we do manage to outlaw biased, dishonest, anti-American scumbaggery that law can only apply to acts committed after it is passed.

Pat has such a terrific way to describe the protection the media gives that crook. I can picture Hillary in bubble wrap being shipped to Georgia — she’s safe.

It’s not illegal to be a biased, unprincipled moron.

It is when you do it through the power of a monopolistic control of the means of communicating with the American People.

We are in a new paradigm. Denying conservatives access to the main stream broadcast channels and equipment is effectively denying freedom of speech.

We cannot *TOLERATE* total system control by left wing partisans. Our society and our government cannot work properly when only one side is allowed to speak, and the other side is muffled and filtered because of a monopolistic dominance of the legal rights and technology necessary to communicate with the public.

This needs to be fixed.

RICO. Failing to disclose ...

OK. Make your case. Identify specific provisions of law, and specific overt acts violating those laws.

And then show me that those laws are not themselves violations of the Constitution ...

That could be an interesting double effect: Prove that a bunch of journalists are anti-American, dishonest, deceptive, lying scumbags AND get some unconstitutional laws overturned.
