New Jersey's education commissioner has nullified two voter referendums in Freehold Borough and ordered a $32 million school expansion to alleviate overcrowding in a district with a growing number of children from families of unauthorized immigrants.
Education Commissioner David Hespe on Thursday agreed with the opinion of an administrative law judge, who found that the improvements are needed, despite opposition from local residents.

According to Mark Levin, the state legislature has final say and he courts and activist judges can be overruled.
But I’ve never seen it. Either because of ignorance of the power of the legislature, or they simply don’t have the guts to cover the voter’s back.
Maybe Mr. Levin should pay NJ a visit.
Proper solution is to immediately impeach every judge on the court that voted to overrule the legislation.
Too bad nobody has the balls to do that.
Taxation with representation
We don’t even pretend to check legal status in our county. If you have proof of residence you can attend. We also have severe over crowding and even our 3 new high schools are over capacity, but the tax serfs are OK with that.
We would also vote in Joe Stalin if he had a D after his name. Perhaps Joe would get 65% instead of the normal 71-75%.

Why do they go through the farce of staging a vote anymore? If they don’t like the results they just change them. We are in trouble.

We’ve got to come up with a way to start punishing these bastards on the courts for violating the Constitution and legislating from the bench. This is unconstitutional.
They should tax judges to pay the bill.
