Mike Pence declined to endorse John McCain or Kelly Ayotte in their re-election bids while talking to reporters en route to a campaign stop in Virginia.
"I look forward to supporting Republican candidates in the days and weeks ahead all over the country, and so does Donald Trump," Pence said. "But the stakes in this election are so high. To restore our country and home and abroad, we need new leadership, and I'm looking forward to standing should to shoulder with Donald Trump to drive that new leadership forward."

We are finally seeing “standing up for principle” and it has been a long time in coming.
May we learn from this and follow........................

At this point, nothing would surprise me, but what makes you speculate that Pence may drop out a few weeks from now?
Would he and he wife have gotten tired of all the craziness?

I guess Pence felt the blowback from his foolish Ryan endorsement and decided he didn’t want any more of that.
To: maggief
Pence should have been savvy enough to know that Trump's core supporters detest McVain. He is being used as wedge and is either unaware or part of it. I hate seeing this.
Hey Pence Trump knocked off 17 establishment types to get where he is, get it?

Pence taken to the woodshed after he announced he would support Ryan while Trump refuses to support Ryan. Divided they fall. Now Trump needs to fire the establishment mole, Paul Manafort.
To: All
Do you all honestly think Mike Pence would have stepped out of line and endorsed Paul Ryan on his own? Dear Lord, THINK people. He had Trump’s blessing for tactical reasons.

Pence is using poor judgment and should not have done it, even with permission. This makes Trump's supporters furious. Why placate the Establishment? We are trying to beat them. Ryan is prick and our mortal enemy.
Go Nehlen go!

To restore our country and home and abroad, we need new leadership, and I'm looking forward to standing should to shoulder with Donald Trump to drive that new leadership forward." There may be a chance that McCain gets primaried out and a conservative could replace him. But Ayotte is running unopposed in the primary, so "that new leadership" is Maggie Hassan. And I doubt she will want to play.

I’ve been trash talking Pence. This moves him up a notch. Maybe he is getting it. Don’t go against the Don in public. Ever see the GodFather I? Sonny almost got his father killed doing that. Sonny ended up bullet riddled meat on slab for his stupidity.
