This transparent bias is a national phenomenon, infecting both print and television media to such an extent that it has become almost impossible to separate coverage of the Trump campaign from attempts to tear it down. The media has long been accused of having a liberal slant, but in this cycle journalists seem to have cast themselves as defenders of the republic against what they see as a major threat, and in playing this role they’ve lost the ability to assess events rationally.

They want to cover Trump FINE..cover Clinton too, cover Clintons LIES..cover the Clinton Foundation, what happened to the 8 mil for the hospital in Haiti, cover how she defended a child rapist and after wards was caught on audio LAUGHING HER ASS OFF about getting him off..the media wont report ANYTHING because it might damage their candidate..they just dont want Trump to lose they want him DESTROYED

If they ever had that ability, they never used it. The press has always been in the business of advocacy and spin.
It is now more difficult to get away with, as people have other sources for information, especially the raw material that used to be excerpted for effect, by the press.
Raimondo is an interesting character in his own right. His views are emphatically rejected by the LA Times.

If that doesn’t destroy them, their favoritism, defense and support of Islam will literally and physically destroy them and the nation. The Khan that they’ve idolized truly wants and works toward the destruction of this nation. If the MSM thinks they are invulnerable and unassailable, Islam will show them to be wrong, in an extremely violent way.

The negative news towards Trump is relentless now. Way worse than the Primaries. So easy to get discouraged...So may folks are gullible, and have a seared consciousness. twitter is swamped with anti-Trump remarks now on every new tweet. Wasn’t that overwhelming just a few weeks ago. In the state of Va, all I see are pro-Hillary ads on TV. I think I’ve seen one anti-Hillary ad on the TV, the last couple weeks. Of course, I don’t watch TV much. Trying to keep my head up.....
