I've grown up believing that Catholics who commit murder break one of the Commandments in severe to terminally fatal violation of Judeo-Christian belief and are headed for an eternal swim in the pool of fire.
If that person committed that same murder in the name of allah, the person is a true muslim acting in accordance with islamic belief with a bunch of virgins awaiting his arrival in their promised land.
I guess the Pope is saying murder is murder and who is he to judge, but allah doesn't agree with him and I don't either.
