The number of prosecutions is vanishingly small and marked with slaps on the wrist. It seems the “duh, I didn’t know” excuse flies long and far today.

The number of prosecutions is vanishingly smallWell, I can't even imagine anyone wanting to go to all that trouble to create an extra vote. Have you ever done it? Have you ever known anyone to sneak in an extra vote? It's hard to imagine. ;-)
