This is really embarrassing. While the Democrats scream about Russia possibly hacking, the US is violating Russian soveriegnty by spying on them from a spy plane

Actually, it may be some of the SALT Treaty mandatory overflights that both countries do on one another to verify nuclear activities.

The flight was part of OPEN SKIES which is mandated by Treaty with Russia. Both sides overfly each other’s country to verify compliance.

When I had work with the government, my government contact would always notify they were going to be flying over. Been going on for years.
