This is really embarrassing. While the Democrats scream about Russia possibly hacking, the US is violating Russian soveriegnty by spying on them from a spy plane
could be genuine emergency landing
could be otherwise
i lack expertise to decide
but
a simple question perhaps:
why would a stuck landing gear be considered a condition requiring an emergency landing in Russia.... instead of, say, flying to an American base to land? is the plane endangered (might explode or fall apart in mid flight, or?) by a stuck landing gear???????? if not, why not fly to an American base? just curious
Another of these weird stories.
We “lose” an intact advanced stealth drone in Iranian territory. They snatch it.
We “lose” two boats full of US Navy personnel to Iran, who captures them all and gets the boats.
Now, a surveillance aircraft has “mechanical trouble” and lands at an airfield in the country it is surveilling.
As Donald Trump says, “we’ve got to find out what’s going on here.”
A OC-135B. (The crew decided ...) Smacks of the recent surrender by Navy types to the Iranians
The flight took off from an airport in Russia and landed in an airport in Russia. Had to be approved flight...
In the movies, a crew member could just open up a hatch and manually crank a stuck landing gear in.
:)
The big question...?
How many boxes will the airplane be in once the Russians return it?
The Pentagon doesn’t even try to make its lies believable any more.
