Hillary on the other hand, who was careless with national security, deserves an intel briefing clearance.

The Democrats are starting to use Trump’s tactics against him.
He said that in the context of repeated questions ( actually accusations) from the press that Russia hacked the DNC. What he said was if they hacked the DNC then they probably hacked Hillary's email server and if they had the emails, they should turn them over. He and the rest of us would like to see them. That is hardly " a threat to the republic"
