If these are classified they should NOT be publicly released. Congress ONLY. So it seems the State Dept. wants to SCREW America all it can by publicly disclosing classified information?

A logical question. Based on my short military experience and handling of some classified correspondence, I'd bet most every official communication of a S of S would be classified at least "Confidential".
And that practically all of the emails discussed here were classified seems to support that.

These docs are the result of a FOIA, anything classified was withheld or redacted.
The narrative will be — if they bother to comment at all — that ‘(C) Confidential’ is just a Mickey Mouse classification, not something really serious. No big deal.
Oh, how I hate these people...
Just took a look at the website, searched titles for (C) and the results are astounding. There is no way she can rely on not knowing what (C) stood for - examples show things such as:

Thus - the emails clearly say they are classified and who classified them.
As others have suggested - it appears these 23,000 are likely from the 33,000 that were deleted to begin with.
It appears those sending simply had them addressed to the Secretary of State - so don’t know if they knew the actual email address behind the short title. Whoever enabled direction of such emails to her private server email address should definitely be prosecuted for enabling these violations - and should tell the truth about who directed their actions.

She and Bill sold the missle guidance to the Communist Chinese in the 1990s out of Los Alamos, New Mexico.
Moreover, her remote email servers as Secretary of State served as a “Drop Box” for the Chinese, Saudi Arabia and anyone else that bought her off via the Clinton foundation.
