Based on various news journalists and items coming out (I live in Germany)...I’d make these three observations.

First, the kid was native-born, but in a minority group like the Iranians in Germany....he likely got dumped on a good bit by German-Turks. There’s no indication....at age 19....that he’d been employed anywhere, so I could see regular Germans calling him a ‘loser’.

Second, both parents were working and trying to make a decent income. Neither was around to note that the kid was screwed-up.

Third, the Muslim gimmick will fall into play, but this was a kid with no real future and a perfect candidate for their jihad-loser game.

The thing is, if you think about this as a German....there must be several thousand of these male teens of a Islamic nature who are naturally-developed losers. So, what exactly is going to prevent other massacres? No one can answer that question.

Oddly, under the old rules, you would have been drafted and gone off to the Bundeswehr at 18, and something would have fallen into place to catch this kid and give him a different prospective in life. But over the past decade, they’ve gotten rid of the mandatory time in the German army so that’s not helping.

These people do not need a direct connection with Isis or any group. They are able to work independently.

Sort of like Christians all over the world working independently who all start missions groups.

No one needs to tell them or finance them, they do it because it is part of their woof and warp.

Don’t look for the connections, don’t look for the why, look at the behavior and the results.
