Demonizing the police is backfiring tremendously on the Left, and they’re getting pushback on federalizing the police, so now the next option is to use money to give police departments “grants” to “fight crime,” I’m sure. But it’s about hooking local governments to the federal trough and then implementing the federal takeover of local law enforcement.
