This is phase #2. Demonizing the police is backfiring tremendously on the Left, and they’re getting pushback on federalizing the police, so now the next option is to use money to give police departments “grants” to “fight crime,” I’m sure. But it’s about hooking local governments to the federal trough and then implementing the federal takeover of local law enforcement.
Get them to take federal money.
Then they have the strings. Control local with the purse. That’s what they do with everything else.

If Jeb Bush or any of the other Establishment Republican candidates had won the nomination it would have worked like a charm, just like their strategy did with John McCain in 2008 and Mitt Romney in 2012.
Can you imagine what Jeb Bush's response to #BlackLivesMatter and the war against police would look like?
Donald Trump has pursued a hard ball game plan and engaged the radicals head on. Trump has totally outmaneuvered the Left and he has turned the Obama/Clinton Left chaos strategy against them and to his advantage .
Every time the Obama and Clinton's minions try to protest or riot , Hillary's numbers go down and Trumps go up. This is a big problem for Hillary because this is all she has to offer and it's not working for her.
