The seriousness of this issue is like saying they “plagiarize” every time they say “Welcome to the White House”. Plagiarism and First Ladies is just plain silly.

Trump needs to name the planted traitor speech writer in his campaign immediately, fire them publicly and be done with it.

How many times has Obama copied stuff? The media always has a double standard. The media is made up of hacks, who are not good Americans. They do not know the difference between right and wrong in most cases. They do not love the good in the country, they love the bad and ugly.

They should also examine Moochie’s speech against EVERY prior First Lady’s speeches - you can’t tell me there wouldn’t be some very similar phrases. But this is the scandal du jour to push, until the MSM latches onto the Next Big Thing.

If one used plagiarism software on Michelle’s speech, one finds 10 instances of plagiarism affecting her phraseology. In addition, like Melania, several words had been used by others, probably including Alinsky: children, work, values, and nation. Michelle also misspelled one word and had four grammatical errors, according to the software.

But Dems never talk about their own weaknesses, from Michelle to Biden to Hillary, who broke several felony laws with the result that national secrets were compromised. Which do you think is worse: Melania’s speech or Hillary’s felonies?

The difference may be one believes it and the other does not.

Melania Trump does not need to plagiarize anything, she is the real deal....smart, well educated and well spoken. This ridiculous accusation is a smokescreen to put all Trumpsters on the defensive....don’t fall for it.

Some of the lines or ideas delivered are not new. This is ubiquitous for the most part. That said, it is interesting to note where the exact words that are not so common, like Alynski quotes, that should be attributed and bring awareness to the roots of a person’s ideology.

Obama is flawed in so many ways. Hillary is also very flawed as a Senator, Sec. of State, etc. The media is very flawed as reporting the truth. So who should we trust?
Supreme Court appointments is the best reason to stay with Trump this time. Sore losers during the primary are not looking out for what will be best for the country. They are too worried about losing their own power.

Joel Pollack is so dependable

Anyway, interesting to me how Melanias name is all over the headlines today.

I saw her speech and didn’t see, would not have ever seen Michelle’s. Melania was great.

That’s all

This post is a duplicate so I’ll just cut and paste my earlier response:

Weak sauce. This doesn’t compare.

This is one of the few times that it is completely acceptable to blame the speech writer. Accept that Melania’s speech was plagiarized by someone far beneath her on the pecking order and move along with no last harm or foul to her.

It’s shockingly lazy of the writer but doesn’t reflect on her.

Michelle Obama: “…the world as it should be.” In 2008, the aspiring First Lady was accused by bloggers of lifting lines for her DNC speech from Saul Alinsky. Alinsky wrote, in Rules for Radicals (emphasis added): “The standards of judgment must be rooted in the whys and wherefores of life as it is lived, the world as it is, not our wished-for fantasy of the world as it should be.” Michelle Obama said: “And Barack stood up that day, and he spoke words that have stayed with me ever since. He talked about ‘the world as it is‘ and ‘the world as it should be.'” (Perhaps Mr. Obama who left out the attribution.) If I recall .. those were the words of the author of "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn", BETTY SMITH written in 1943. "A lie was something you told because you were mean or a coward." "A story was something you made up out of something that might have happened. Only you didn't tell it like it was, you told it like you thought it should have been.” ― Betty Smith, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

This whole issue is—as I posted on another thread today—a bunch of nothing!!!!

Why doesn’t the media focus on Sen. Sessions’ meaty and important speech, and stop the B.S. about something thetis no more “plagiarism” than if someone says in a speech “slow and steady wins the race”!
