Cows Worse Than Cars for Climate Change, Environmentalists Admit(?)

In a surprising turn of events, climate change doomsayers have turned their attention to cattle, as environmentalists have been compelled to acknowledge that “livestock emissions” are more dangerous for the environment than automobiles.

A recent article at EcoWatch says that greenhouse gas emissions from livestock actually account for a higher percentage of total global emissions than the world’s 1.2 billion automobiles.

Whereas the transportation sector accounts for only some 14 percent of global emissions, cows produce a remarkable 14.5 to 18 percent of the global total, the article confesses.

Uh, climate change doomsayers? Don't you mean lyin' sacks of s**t there doc. But, I'm trying to help by eatin' some of those evil cows and instead of riding a cow, I'm drivin' a Hemi. This may cause an outcry from certain sects in India (Ingeeuh as some might say) where cows are sacred.

What about all the Carbon Dioxide in BEER? Or “soda”?

And how are we going to make cement or steel, without also making CO2?

Buy them from China?

Russia’s “Useful idiots” strike again!

Climate change is simply a form of socialism doing an end run around the constitution. It is better than martial law as it give the government control over absolutely everything and every activity.

First of all, grain is grass. Corn is a grass.

Yes there are problems feeding grain to cattle, that is why it is used only to finish and during milk production.

Cows can have a very positive impact on the environment:

How is 60 million wild buffalo (pre-settlement) sound but managed 85 million cattle bad?

It is all about control.

I seriously laughed out loud to this scientific discovery!

BREAKING NEWS: New legislation outlaws cow farts for public safety. Human farts are being debated in the Interior Department. That is all.

If large grazing animals farting could kill the planet now, they would’ve killed it a million times over the last 600 million year history of life. Watermelon Marxists are green on the outside, red on the inside, and stupid to boot.

Bollocks.

Grass absorbs carbon from the air, cows eat it emit carbon into the air. It’s a closed loop - inputs exactly equal outputs.

If the cows didn’t eat the grass, something else would, and the carbon emitted would still exactly equal the carbon absorbed.

Even if the grass wasn’t eaten, but simply left to live out its lifespan then die and rot, the carbon emitted would still exactly equal the carbon absorbed.

So!Iguess we don’t need any more pollution control devices on our cars.We just need to make ranching and consuming beef and dairy foods more expensive by placing limits on how much CO2 a cow can release.
