There is a German comedian who is being tried in court by Merkel for saying the same thing. He should call the British Foreign Secretary as a defense witness.
Boris’ description was in response to the prosecution of the German comedian - basically Boris was among a group of people (supported by The Spectator magazine offering a prize) who decided to make it clear that freedom of speech should not be abridged by repeating the description in verse.
