The smart people refuse to participate in polls unless it could be construed as “racism”, and therefore mandatory, like surveys at American universities.
Once coerced into participation, the smart person is going to give the answers the media and government want to hear, or else there might be some ‘complications’ and ‘unpleasantness’ surrounding an incidental inquiry by the tax agencies.
