He is not calling him his biological brother, just his brother by skin color.
How can you really be sure they aren't biological brothers?

The problem, bro, is that Micah let himself be played by forces of hell into being an evil sorehead.
It’s hard sometimes, when everything around you looks like a jungle, not to fall into the temptation of being a raging King Kong. But that only brings the whole thing falling down on you.
God cares about the evils that assault us from hell through the people of earth. Embrace Him. You will find out that nobody needs to be an evil sorehead.
Now that doesn't mean that he might not share a biological link, but he is unaware of that link, and the chances of there actually being a link is very minuscule.
My interest in brother Tevin grew from this article-—and the fact that we heard from Micah’s sister but not his brother Tevin.

I wondered that as well...or whether Brim was the man who posted it for Tevin. The photo I posted and the youtube speaker looked similar enough for me not to be certain if they were the same person or 2 different people.
