Considering that Texas has the best Execution rate in the USA, I’d say that the shooter has about 7 yrs left to live.
You don’t go into Memphis unarmed. Beale Street has gone to a $10 entry fee because of the violent crimes and LEO presence, and the bars are putting in walk thru metal devices.
