If you have intent...it’s not negligent - it is deliberate.

First, Comey proved that Clinton is a serial felon, and then, by not calling for her indictment, Comey proved he is corrupt.

He had a diving accident as a young man, and is paralyzed from the neck down.

Hello? Trump took down 17 opponents. He’s definitely capable of taking down Hillary who already has one foot in the Big House.

If Trump takes down Hillary which he is certainly capable of doing and she starts to show a massive loss of support, it’s also very possible a domino effect will take place and Obama will withdraw support. There is even reason to believe the DNC could try for Obama for a third term, damn the Constitution which they ignore anyway.

You sound like the nay-sayers and “experts” whose “real world” has been consistently proven wrong for the last year.

You don’t “commit negligence.” You are negligent when you fail to discharge your responsibilities properly.

You have to be amazingly gullible to ascribe all of Hillary’s scandals and lies to incompetence.

It wasn't negligence after the NSA ordered her to stop using private servers.

It then became willful criminality.

A crime is the joint union of act and intent.
All the statute required was an act or failure to act which breached a duty of care, here—gross negligence.
As you say, once she refused to stop using private servers it went beyond gross negligence or recklessness.
It was a crime, and she walks because the nation’s chief investigator is an Obama stooge.

Fidelity
Bravery
Integrity ...... one out of three ain’t bad.

And if you do, why are you considering voting for her?

Even moreso, to recognize her as repeatedly incompetent in the same areas as she pled incompetence previously?

The same can be said for seeing conspiracy behind every action.

But the reverse isn’t true and you’d have be dumber than a fence post to ignore the dozens of malicious lies Hillary has told not to mention four decades of scandals.
