The Explanation Americans Deserve From FBI on Clinton’s Server Use

“I am confident that I never sent or received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received.” That is what former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told reporters last July.

At least we now know that was not true. In announcing that the FBI would be recommending to the higher-ups at the Department of Justice that no charges be filed against Clinton, Director James Comey stated:

I’m wondering if Comey is giving hillary a pass on this and going to get her on the clinton foundation, raking in money from foreign governments while Secretary of State. Is all that more serious than the emails...and does he have a fall surprise for hillary? or is he in on the take for her and obama like all the rest.

There are so many unanswered questions on all this. When asked about the clinton foundation investigation by someone, Comey said he was not answering any questions about that right now... he took NO questions in that news conference. Sounded like he is not finished... and if that be the case, he’s taking a lot of heat and criticism for what he did and said on Tuesday.

I’d say what Comey laid out on Tues morning, was so damning to hillary that I can’t see all this working FOR her in the election. obama can’t do all he’s done either... nor can loretta lynch... the FBI has to know all this... There are other FBI agents who are upset with Comey... Watch what Comey says on any given occasion and see if there is a glimmer of hope in that organization... for Comey almost destroyed its reputation on Tuesday. What he did and said was beyond getting a handle on.

Perhaps this is the beginning of God's judgement of America.
One can only slaughter so many babies for so long and even a long-suffering God will reach wits-end.

No, I think what may have happened was posted shortly after yours:

Under orders to let Hillary skate, Comey decided to make her guilt clear

A day later, I’m still trying to make sense of why James Comey would choose to do what he did yesterday. If you just don’t want to recommend charges against Hillary, the logical move would be to say as little as possible, talk about how the case doesn’t rise to the level of prosecution, and leave the stage.

By talking at length about all the evidence that clearly shows Hillary was guilty of at least gross negligence in her handling of classified information – which is absolutely a criminal violation regardless of intent – he might as well have been waving a banner that proclaimed “The Fix Is In.”

Plenty of people who know Comey and respect him both personally and professionally are bewildered at why he would go into so much detail about the evidence against her, only to then announce he would not recommend charges on the flimsy notion that he couldn’t find another case like it that had been prosecutedIt was so flimsy, the more I think about it the more I wonder if everything is as it appears here.

“I’d say what Comey laid out on Tues morning, was so damning to hillary that I can’t see all this working FOR her in the election.”

The liberals on social media and the press are already spinning that she has been exonerated. A week from now this will be “old news” and ignored by the press just like commodities trading, Whitewater, Vince Foster, the 900 FBI files, payments to Huma by outside interests while she worked for Hillary, Chelsea’s multimillion dollar compensation after graduating from school with zero experience, Monica, Hillary being fired from the Watergate committee, the Clinton Foundation money laundering, and the many other questionable activities of Hillary and her family.

From now to the election the press will focus on misquoting Trump, Trump’s business interests (Trump University), and amplifying every negative statement by Republicans about Trump (and there will be many). Hillary will appear in carefully scripted television interviews and will receive softballs from the press. I suspect the odds are less than 50/50 there will be any presidential debates and when it is clear the two parties cannot negotiate terms of debates, Trump will be blamed by the press.

If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one present to hear it, is there sound? If the media doesn’t report corruption, the corruption may have occurred but citizens won’t know about it. Even though the corruption will be debated on conservative blogs and forums, most of the American people still rely on the mainstream media for news and it will be singing Hillary’s praises.

In doing that, he destroyed his own reputation. bill’s visit to loretta on that plane, may be the reason. No one has crossed them and got by with it. It would take that kind of threat to get the FBI to buckle. Can you imagine thinking anyone could roll over the FBI, before Tuesday morning? The FBI needs to get their millions of names they’ve hounded and ruined, after letting hillary skate.

The corruption is beyond the pale... and it is not even being disguised... it’s just out there for all to see. How long with the people’s memory be and come November will they vote for the man who can bring decency back to our government.

Ones honor is like a woman’s virginity, once lost it can never be regained. Too bad Comey, I hope the oral orgasm you gave yourself on Monday was worth it.

The Royal Idiot was coached well as a candidate. Musta trained 24/7. He was Mr America, itself, back then. Conned the voters at every turn......even said he wanted to be "another Reagan." One contemplates what might have been, if the Idiot said just half the moronic things (like this beaut about more terrorism means ISIS is on the run), as a candidate.

Comey's saying? "The Fix Is In"....but I ainta going along w/ it.

Trying to give the guy the benefit of the doubt here b/c he did make contradictory statements......Comey actually did not let Hillary completely off the hook. He laid out all her crimes....but clearly had orders not to indict.

(hat tip 3161J410 Comey pitched out a boomerang that's slicing back to cut Hillary to pieces.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: After the ’70s, the digital revolution pushed cultural trends in the opposite direction with everything becoming more niche- oriented, decentralized and personalized.

This change puts “unprecedented power in the hands of every individual,” according to Harvard’s Nicco Mele.

It’s “a radical redistribution of power that our traditional institutions don’t and perhaps can’t understand.” As if that wasn’t enough, he adds, “Radical connectivity is toxic to traditional power structures.”

Sure and Roberts will knock down the unconstitutional ObamaCare. Why do we cling to the notion that Justice will be done with the Clintons.

The chain of events were pretty strong and laid out for all to see. Bill and loretta meet in an airplane... that doesn’t just happen by chance.. so there was talk about hillary.. and no doubt threats. I’m trying to figure out if a past President has power over the Attorney General to tell her what she is going to do or did he revert back to arkansas ways and she said ‘yes sir’. And obama is in on this... is it to further hillary’s successful bid for the President? or is it to stop Trump from destroying obama’s 8 years? Would obama have come to hillary’s defense if her election was already in the bag? What use is hillary to obama to save her hide in this election.

So if loretta caves to bill’s threats, did she then talk to obama and tell him what happened on that plane? And which one talked to Comey? obama? bill? loretta? and tell him what the outcome was from the clinton/lynch meeting, and what he was going to do. All of this happened in fast sequence... someone was in a hurry for some reason. (Saturday morning.. a holiday.. and the FBI meets with hillary right after bill meets with the Attorney General?)

When was the last time the head of the FBI decided to destroy their reputation by joining in on the corruption of the President of the United States, a past President of the United States, and the Attorney General? Ya’ can’t get any higher than those listed.. all corrupt to the bone. Our nation is in trouble!

I’m so glad Trump is in this race... for the other candidates are part of all that mess! it’s out of control! hillary would have become President if jeb and the Republican establishment had their way. Levin and Ryan are still trying to sabatage this election against Trump. I want them to just shut up!

Personally, I don’t want any explanation from the FBI. The FBI has lost *all* credibility with me. I would not believe anything they had to say. If there are any FBI agents out there with a shred of personnel integrity and honor: take back your agency. You’ve got a years long task of rebuilding any kind of respect, better get started, today.

...and even if not actually classified individually, such a bulk of information in aggregate is extremely sensitive- if she was doing her job even trivially.

It makes more sense to prosecute cumulatively.
