Hours after FBI agents interviewed her at the bureaus Washington headquarters for three hours Saturday, sources inside the Department of Justice are spreading the word high and low that Hillary Clinton will not be indicted for her private email server and handling of classified materials outside of secure government channels.
According to multiple media outlets DOJ sources said the FBI investigation marks the end of the probe and there will be no indictment.
It was an investigation FBI Director James Comey told reporters May 11 that he was watching personally. I remain close to that investigation, to ensure that its done well and has the resources that are needed.
Donald J. Trump tweeted earlier Saturday: It is impossible for the FBI not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. What she did was wrong! What Bill did was stupid!
The New York City developer followed with: It was just announced-by sources-that no charges will be brought against Crooked Hillary Clinton. Like I said, the system is totally rigged!
Because Trump was one of the first to get the news, it may be that he heard it through a channel established years ago. When the FBI Director was President George W. Bushs U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, based in Manhattan, his colleague due south was then-U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Chris Christie, the current governor of New Jersey and on the shortest of short lists of men Trump could pick for the vice-presidential slot. Comey and Christie became partners in fighting crime and terrorism and remain close friends

What Bill did was stupid! bill is not stupid he is devious and diabolical. This was planned either to send a message or to keep her close and include her in on the next criminal operation
The only question here should be: “Are they so anxious to make Trump wrong that they will indict Hillary?”
well so much for equal justice.
And so it begin, the total evisceration of Hillary by Trump.
She must now play defense for the next four months, good luck with that.
After her landslide loss in November, she has a new set of investigations and indictment to look foreword to from the new AG.
Well, I think most if not all here on Free Republic will not be surprised. Outraged maybe, but not surprised.
The Clintons for some reason, probably their super high profiles are above the law. Obama is and will be the same for the next 40 years.
When I think of the America, we have lost or thrown away I can only weep.
Hey Loretta my grandchildren are doing just fine. If you want to be able to see your children and grandchhildren grow up then you will not indict Hillary. Oh by the way here are some pictures that someone sent me of you and your family.
The only question here should be: Are they so anxious to make Trump wrong that they will indict Hillary?
She must now play defense for the next four months...
That which infests our government at every level isn’t just the ultimate example of the largest cabal of criminals ever assembled; they are destroyers more powerful than all of America’s former and current enemies combined. It is an array of evil purposed together for a takedown of epic proportions.
But let anyone of us commoners do the same thing and we would be doing hard time until death. Looks like talking about “grand kids” did the trick.../s
Of course it’s rigged of course she’ll walk. We’ve become zer0’s homeland of Kenya. We are now third world.
Which wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. He could just say, "I forced their hand".
My Prediction?
The FBI will recommend indictment. AG Lynch will not indict.
The American People FINALLY rise up and VOTE TRUMP in a LANDSLIDE.
If there is no referral for indictment, Comey will have destroyed whatever is left of the FBI reputation. And if Trump doesn’t win against the alliance of the Rats and the Republican wing of the uniparty, it will be time to vote for the asteroid.
Lynch doesn’t have and “grandkids”.
Was there even a question?
FWIW...she said on the news that she would follow the FBI's recommendations.
The sad thing is, I have liberal friends who say they will vote for her. I tell them, this isn’t about politics. It’s about the law. Vote for Bernie, vote for Biden, but Hillary is a criminal....cut her loose. Nope. They love her. Libs also feel no obligation to follow our immigration laws. Heck, California just made it a law that you had to show ID to buy ammunition. OK...no big deal I guess.....but, when we passed a law that said you had to show ID to vote, the libs almost tore down the capital. Ideology aside, there is a real sickness in the Dem party. Their lack of principals is going to hurt all of us eventually...even the Dems. Why they cant see this goes beyond me.
Americans injured by this incident, are able to file suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Historically, under the doctrine of sovereign immunity, you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government unless the government says you can.
Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,
If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or tortious conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA.
Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review here, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:
Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).
The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendants employment.
In general, only claims of negligence as opposed to intentional misconduct are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).
The claim must be based on and permitted by the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.
Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someones attention. And Ill bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. (hat tip FReeper redwood71)
