Because there is a level of corruption committed as a traitor that even a presidential pardon won’t cover....
...especially if the president is part of the treasonous acts......IMO

What is stopping Obama from pardoning Hillary and Lynch? Absolutely nothing. Ford pardoned Nixon for everything he (Nixon) might have done. If the FBI recommends that Hillary be indicted, I expect Obama to give her the same type of pardon.
The only question is what Obama will ask in return. It ould be money, it could be a demand that Hillary drop out of the race in favor of Biden.
