Truncated title.

Full title: Justice Department clarifies Lynch remarks about Clinton email probe: ‘The AG is the ultimate decider’

Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Friday that she will take a step back from the decision whether to charge anyone in the Hillary Clinton private email server probe. But a Justice Department spokeswoman quickly clarified her remarks, telling Yahoo News that top political appointees will remain involved in the investigation and that the attorney general will be “the ultimate decider.”

Lynch told Washington Post journalist Jonathan Capehart in an interview at the Aspen Ideas Festival that she will accept whatever recommendations the FBI and career prosecutors make. (Career prosecutors are Justice Department lawyers who were not appointed by the president.)

More mendacity and misdirection by Lynch and DOJ.

What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.

So the press conference Lynch called to announce her acceptance of the FBI’s recommendations is a do-over? Wow!

If they really believed in transparency they’d say there’s no way in hell she’s going to indict Hillary.

FBI Agent: "AG Lynch, here on this piece of paper is our recommendation to indict Hillary Clinton. Will you take this paper from my hand? Will you accept this document?"

AG Lynch: "I accept this document."

FBI Agent: "Should we go ahead with the indictment?"

AG Lynch: "Hell, no."

This clarification is actually great news. Now everyone knows the fix is in. The more they twist, the deeper the barb embeds itself.

She screwed up and put a brighter spotlight on her aiding and abetting Clinton’s cover-up. Now she’s doubling down on her “authority” to ignore our laws when it is politically expedient. Trump needs to move getting rid of her up on his list....

It was a do-nothing in the first place. There is no such thing as an FBI referral that recommends prosecution. Either the FBI finds probable cause a crime was committed, in which case it forwards the file with that conclusion; or it does not find probable cause a crime was committed, in which case it forwards nothing.

Lynch told Washington Post journalist Jonathan Capehart in an interview at the Aspen Ideas Festival that she will accept whatever recommendations the FBI and career prosecutors make.

That black female fascist with the Hillary canklettes is doing nothing but playing with semantics, to "accept" means that she'll be happy to receive whatever recommendations are made, ("just put 'em right there in my inbox"), there is NO assurance or guarantee that she will implement them or do anything more than wipe her fat ass with them.

Even IF Lynch proceeded to seek an indictment for Hillary Rotten Criminal, she can drag the process out for months with any and every sort of bureaucratic delay imaginable (and a few that are probably UN-imaginable too).

Lynch is toast. There’s no recovery. Perhaps that was Clinton’s plan.

I doubt they will out her as long as they feel they can manipulate her by holding it over her.

Yeah but they can’t hide it when Trump is saying everyday “Hillary is so guilty. She is so guilty”

He is trying her in the court of public opinion and they are losing bad.
