The article, written by Anthony Burke and Stefanie Fishel, professors who study international relations and gender studies respectively, concludes massively empowering the U.N. is the best way to slow global warming.
A crimes against biodiversity law would act like a [crime against humanity] for the environment, Burke and Fishels article states. Unlike international laws that punish genocide, our suggested law would not require proof of intent to commit the crime, but merely a strong link between the activity and the destruction of biodiversity or industrial and systemic harm to animals.

Hmmm. Guess these a$$clowns need to listed on the "No brains, no buy" list. On the other hand, if we can get the jacks and cottontails to boycott my yard, I might get on board. But I need results before I buy in.

The UN needs to be uprooted from NYC, and relocated to either Haiti, Zimbabwe, or Somalia, possibly even Beirut.
Get them the hell out of the US. That communist cabal of third world despots has no business occupying even a single square inch of US soil.

I think they should do this.
I think there should be at least a few dozen UN seats for representatives of “nature.” Maybe more.

Let me guess, the UN will ignore the “environmental crimes” of USSR/Russia and China in order to fine the US.

Academics, my as...er....Obamahole.
The lib arts clown show had better be put to rest by true liberals arts scholars soon, else they be regarded with the same disdain and hate as are the Senate, House, Presidency, TSA, Just-Us Department, EPA, etc, etc.
We are very close to a revolt.
And anyone that does not see this is naive.
To: rktman
It’s rather anthropocentric of them to claim to speak for all of Nature. I suggest the seat be given to a baboon, a dolphin or a free-range parrot. We can work on invertebrates, plants and minerals later.
To: rktman
I’m guess they would somehow conclude that Israel committed the biggest crimes against Nature and Biodiversity.

The Druids called.
They said they want their religion back.
Also tell Planned Parenthood that Moloch sends his love and admiration.
