Yes, this is not the time of year you’d think someone with a private plane would be golfing in Arizona. Perhaps Loretta is a scratch golfer and gave him some pointers, although she doesn’t look like a golfer does she?
Maybe Loretta had one of those little executive putting setups on her plane & Bill was giving her some personal lessons on .... well, it is Slick Willy we’re talking about so who knows what he’s up to. Her security detail should have searched him for cigars. /s
