Bad news about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while Secretary of State keeps dribbling out. The latest is that she failed to turn over dozens of work-related emails, many of which just happen to completely undercut key claims she's made over the past year.

The email scandal was the cover up of the treasonous peddling to, among others, our nation’s enemies via graft laundered through the Clinton Foundation.
Yes
Not even close
Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!
No.
Lying is not as bad as espionage and treason.
No, they are equally very bad.
1. Cover up of the unsecure email system to include destruction of incriminating emails,
2. Using an unsecure email system to transmit classified material and then lying about it, and
3. Using the unsecure system for some nefarious personal quid pro quo business such as soliciting funds in order to provide donor help with the US government This in itself should disqualify her from being able to run for president.
No, the cover up seems to be working fine. /s
From the beginning Clinton’s excuses have contained reasoning errors that should have been pointed out to her by somebody on her staff. Her claim that she would need separate devices to have separate email accounts, for example. Any six year old knows you can have multiple email accounts on one phone. The wording that she turned over all the documents in her possession indicates she is thinking of emails like they are pieces of paper that you could easily misplace or throw away. Didn’t anybody explain to her the realities of the technology she is using?
More likely, she plays her cards so closely to her chest that she never tried to vet her responses with her staff, or if she did they are conditioned to simply agree with her. This is reminiscent of her doing her own translation of Reset rather than asking one of the several hundred Russian speakers who work for her. She was afraid, rightly, that they would mention that her awesome idea had no point of contact with Russian culture. She was playing off a Staples advertising scheme and the average Russian had no idea what Staples was and had never seen their commercial.
These mistakes are the hallmark of somebody who is reflexively secretive and also a shoot-the-messenger boss.
The cover-up is just an additional crime which should add another 40 years to her prison term of life without parole for treason.
The private server was willful misconduct designed to deprive the citizenry of their legal rights under FOIA. Not only was the intent to defraud the public but a conspiracy was engaged in by numerous individuals including some in the Whitehouse. This rises to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors” and was suborned at the highest levels of the administration in other words “treason”. The cover-up is just compounding the crime with plenty of accessories after the fact.
she’s a criminal & should be indicted
This was evident shortly after bill's first inauguration, with the White House Travel Office.
It would have been perfectly legitimate for the clintons to replace the travel office staff with their own people. Those people "serve" at the pleasure of the President. But instead, they floated an allegation that criminal acts had occurred, ruining the lives of Billy Dale and others, and it was so egregious that congress passed a bill to reimburse his legal bills.

Either one should land her fatazz in jail.
only if it’s a repub.
Cover-ups are basically de ri·gueur in the climate of political corruption that surrounds the Clintons and obama like Pig-Pen's dust cloud. They're damaging and stupid, and often insultingly transparent, but no-where near the scale of Hillary's crimes. I think she should be stood up against a wall.
And she had the balls to think Nixon was corrupt!
Unlike Nixon, Clinton’s cover-up is not worse than the crime. Clinton’s cover-up is worse than Nixon’s cover-up (where is John Dean now that we actually need him?) but her crimes are much worse than the cover-up.
