Clinton will need every dollar she can get to match Trumps powers of persuasion. As the GOP nominee, Trump will get all the airtime he needs. And because he is interesting, he will get more attention than any other candidate in the same situation.
Also, social media is a far bigger deal today than in any prior presidential election. Most of my friends claim they dont watch television. And the few who admit to watching television record their shows and skip the commercials...
That said, massive spending on TV ads will move the needle a little. But at the same time, if the funding difference persists, it paints Clinton as the big-money candidate who is owned by the donors. Persuasion-wise, thats suicide.

You are way too serious with regard to Dilbert.
Ignorance is bliss.
No he’s not. I thought this yesterday. The media and DNC will label Trump’s campaign as in trouble, but to the average voter, this just reinforces what they like about Trump. Corey got called to the boardroom and got fired. Manafort won the challenge. So this reinforces everything people love about Trump. He’s decisive, he solves problems, he made a decision about the better performer and acted on it. He will do that in Washington. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump set the whole Manafort and Lewandowski thing up from the beginning as some Apprentice type challenge. And further, Trump stood by Lewandowski during the Michelle Fields issue. So this gives Trump greater cred by the public for the ultimate dismissal.
Nothing confusing about your Z-grade trolling, Paddy.
If you need attention this bad post a kittens in a basket pic?
I agree he did also make this point, “Hes decisive, he solves problems, he made a decision...”
But Dilbert also said the problem was “to send a clear signal that the Trump campaign plans to do a post-convention pivot to a more presidential vibe”.
The decision was to persuade the RNC that Trump can pivot to a Presidential vibe.
Dilbert is brilliant and has my full respect. Social media alone gives the edge to Trump.
To secure the victory, I wish Trump would just say the following four things
:
Marriage is between a husband and wife.
Homosexuality is a sin.
Abortion is murder.
America is the greatest nation ever.
The four statements above would attract the American and repulse the Communists. Which is the bigger group? Americans, by far.
I see your point and missed that when I first read it.
