Iraqi special forces swept into Fallujah on Friday, recapturing most of the city as the Islamic State group's grip crumbled after weeks of fighting.

Separately, in Syria, the ISIS stronghold of Manbij ("Little London") which had been surrounded, is now being stormed by the Kurdish-led SDF. Yesterday, the SDF publicly announced the start of the second phase, and today entered the city from the West, while advancing from the North and South.
Big blows to ISIS. The new CENTCOM Commanding General is presiding over a real sea change in operations against ISIS, and everyone is piling on.
Just curious.. Is Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi DEAD or NOT?
Could it be that even declared Muslims are getting sick of these fiends?
Has the Iraqi military been able to steal back any of their lost tanks and humvees?
I assure you he is dead or not dead.
ISIS cuts and runs at the approach of the Iraqi Army just as the Iraqi Army cuts and runs at the approach of ISIS. All they both need is more U.S. supplied equipment for the next round.
Meanwhile teamobama weeps.
0bama will claim credit....and most Americans being stupid, will believe it.
Now it will be interesting to hear how the inhabitants
were treated by ISIS.
Should be an eye opener.
Talk about war stories.
I was thinking the same thing. He'll make a statement saying "My" coalition drove ISIL out of Fallujah and liberated the people there."
This is Fallujah we are talking about .
They are not dead just mixed in with their crowd , soon to disperse and pop up somewhere else.
Libya just got a bunch of money from 0 , would wager that is where they will be popping up .
It’s not over.
Any word on the fate of the isis islamic filth that was holding the town?
“ISIS cuts and runs”.....
Perhaps they are now on American soil, plotting their next move.
>Could it be that even declared Muslims are getting sick of these fiends?
When they quit islam and declare it the evil that it is, I’ll believe it.
Perhaps the Coexist bumper stickers worked!
Sorry, I am a bit jaded today.
Fallujah reclaimed! But will it still be reclaimed by breakfast hour tomorow morning?
Well in essence they are, by refusing to take it where Mohammed said it should logically end up.
” Is Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi DEAD or NOT?”
The official news outlet for ISIS (Amaq), reported his death in an airstrike last weekend, and several foreign news sources (Turkish, Iranian, Indian) ran with it. None of the major news agencies or Western Governments have confirmed it however.
There have been reports of his death or wounding before, but this is the first from ISIS’ own Amaq. It is possible, but it may be an attempt to cover his escape, as the caliphate is collapsing. It appears that many of the elite are heading for the high grass. In Raqqa, there were even reports recently of their head finance guy being executed, after trying to make a run with their cash and gold.
The only people who expect ISIS to continue holding territory for the long haul are their armchair fanboys on the Internet, and their brainwashed cannon fodder, hopped up on captagon (amphetamines).
The party is wrapping up, and they are looking to go underground in safe havens, like Turkey, Western Europe and the US. Maybe slip back to their home countries for a while, or into the witness protection program of some regional Foreign Intelligence Service, that wants to keep some terrorist capability in its hip pocket for the future.
Maybe they didn’t, but the Holy Spirit of God of the bible might be another question. He doesn’t need people to read the bible in order to exist. Certainly plenty of Christians have prayed to God to counter the madness.
